Utilizes enterprise resource planning (ERP) or other systems to record and track all shipping transactions. Job Summary : The primary responsibilities for the Shipping Clerk are to schedule and ship product to customers on time.
This role also collaborates with Manufacturing, Production and Project Managers to ensure shipments are on track to ship out on time.
Other duties include getting rate quotes, picking, packing, and transacting material that will be delivered on PLI delivery truck.
Shift : 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm M-F with overtime as needed. Time may fluctuate depending on the business needs.

Analyze ship sheet / WIP and identify any discrepancies.
Schedule FTL and LTL loads accordingly.
Ensure product to be shipped is inspected for current content according to WIP and Monarch.
Transact material in Monarch.
Work with material handler(s) to pack, wrap, and stage materials.
Help load trucks and ensure BOL and shipping documents are signed.
Ensure jobs are marked shipped and that all freight charges are entered in Monarch.
Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of customer service experience
1-2 years of warehouse experience
Basic math and reading skills
Ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented
Previous experience with MS Office applications and MRP / ERP applications
