We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping Clerk. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products in and out of our warehouse. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Create labels for outgoing shipments
- Keep track of the products going out using excel spreasheets
- Unload and load trucks using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Experience with order picking and using an order picker
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Proficient with Comnputers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to load and unload packages of various sizes
- Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying quantities
