Utilizes enterprise resource planning (ERP) or other systems to record and track all shipping transactions. In addition, Shipping Documentation Specialist II ensures shipping protocols and documentation meet required regulatory requirements for hazardous materials (DOT/HAZMAT) or special handling. PURPOSE OF JOB:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will work closely with scientists and G&A staff to provide support for daily operations, with an emphasis on shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Responsible for tracking and receiving packages in the procurement software system. Collaborates and communicates with service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products, and other related tasks. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure that our facilities are properly maintained and equipped.
