Position Summary:
This Shipping and Warehouse Manager is responsible for performing the tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, products, supplies and equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Document, inspect, confirm and reconcile all received deliveries and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain packaging and all warehouse supply inventories through POs with preferred vendors.
- Manage warehouse space - general housekeeping, warehouse and machine maintenance, and organize inventory.
- Evaluate warehouse procedures to optimize efficiency.
- Accurately pick and pack daily orders for both small pack and LTL shipments.
- Responsible for quality control.
- Staging/packing/prepping for trade show shipments.
- Understanding with various shipping platforms and Quickbooks Online.
- Forklift certification required.
- Cross training on phones, order processing, engraving and customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years of related experience.
- Familiarity with various shipping forms and proper packing methods.
- Ability to be a team player and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and UPS Worldship.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
- Forklift certification required.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific sensory abilities required by this job include sight, smell, and hearing. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to warehouse equipment, dust, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, hazardous materials, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
Job Type: Full-time.
Pay: $55K - $61K salary.
