The perfect candidate is an empathetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized leader who owns their role, is compassionate, and thrives when they are elevating others. In short, we are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to take the initiative and guide our warehouse staff of 25 employees to even greater success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Warehouse Manager at Laudisi Enterprises, you will be responsible for leading a staff of 25 employees and ensuring our warehouse operations continue to run smoothly and efficiently. Among other tasks, your day-to-day responsibilities will include building work schedules; coordinating with supporting management; conducting regular team meetings; addressing employee conflict; recruiting outstanding new talent; tracking and communicating upcoming sales; monitoring important metrics and KPIs; spearheading communication between the warehouse and other departments; monitoring direct, inbound, and outbound shipments; and ensuring that our warehouse remains a clean and safe working environment.
Of course, managing the day-to-day operations of the department won’t be your only priority. A successful Warehouse Manager will also help shape the future of the department by asking, “How can we set the bar even higher?” Additionally, you will help foster the professional growth and development of your staff, organize plans for warehouse resets, create and maintain training materials, and work closely with our technology team to innovate software and hardware processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3 years of prior leadership experience
