Shipping Specialist jobs in Colorado Springs, CO
Shipping Specialist prepares shipping documentation and processes orders. Coordinates the preparation and organization of bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, and required export licenses or compliance documents. Being a Shipping Specialist utilizes enterprise resource planning (ERP) or other systems to record and track all shipping transactions. Troubleshoots shipping delays or changes with carriers and communicates to customers. Additionally, Shipping Specialist ensures shipping protocols and documentation meet required regulatory requirements for hazardous materials (DOT/HAZMAT) or special handling. Investigates and resolves shipping non-conformance. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Shipping Specialist works under moderate supervision. About Pacific Shipping :
Pacific Shipping operates solo drivers on dedicated routes averaging 3,400 miles per week with at least one and a half days per week of home time.

Qualifications :
- Have a current and valid Class-A CDL
- 2 years of verifiable Class-A OTR experience
- Good MVR and driving history
