Kimball Equipment Company - a successful equipment dealership with more than 70 years industry experience is seeking a shipping and receiving specialist. We are a family-owned business with a CEO that helps everyone feel involved and important. With 14 locations, Kimball is growing very quickly, and we are looking for people to grow with us. Responsibilities:

• Properly identifying and accounting for the receipt of incoming goods
• Assuring no damaged items are sent or received
• Comparing packing lists to purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
• Collaborating with the sales department (internal and external) to ensure information is exchanged quickly and accurately
• Updating the inventory as products are received
• Must be able to work well within a team environment
• Identifying and alerting vendors/purchasing when discrepancies are found.
• Clearly marking incoming shipments with pertinent info

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of warehouse organization & function
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Operation of proper tools including a forklift
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Picking & packing methods

Compensation:

• Pay based on experience
