:We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our team. The Shipping Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the shipment of goods from our facility to various destinations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1.  Process shipments by coordinating with carriers, scheduling pickups, preparing shipping documents, and arranging transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
2.  Execute inventory transactions in the ERP system related to shipping activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, to ensure accurate inventory records.
3. Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs documentation, to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy of information.
4.  Maintain open communication channels with sales and fulfillment team members to ensure alignment on order status, shipment priorities, and customer expectations.
5.  Act as a liaison between the shipping department, sales team, and fulfillment team, providing updates on shipment status, addressing any concerns, and facilitating smooth handoffs between departments.
6.  Stay informed about relevant shipping regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
7.  Identify and resolve shipping-related problems or issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies, in a timely and efficient manner.
8.  Identify opportunities to streamline shipping processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency, and implement solutions as needed.

Requirements:

1. Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
2. 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management, with demonstrated achievement and expanded responsibility.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales and fulfillment team members.
5. Proficiency in using shipping software and systems, such as UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, or similar platforms.
6. Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international trade requirements preferred.
7. Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in executing inventory transactions preferred.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed
