Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations.

Physical Requirements: The job requires significant physical activity with considerable stooping and lifting. Must demonstrate ability to repetitively lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and have ability to occasionally lift and move parts weighing up to 75 pounds.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Ensure adherence to environmental management and systems as dictated by company policies and procedures.

· Maintain the company stockroom through organizing, cleaning, and cataloging items on a regular basis.

· Packs items safely to prevent damage during transit while monitoring overhead costs.

· Inspect parts before packing: segregate and flag suspected issues.

· Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and distributing packages to operators and supervisors.

· Works openly with all operators and supervisors (encounters each person regularly).

· Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them.

· Adjusts parts inventory as used.

· Other duties as assigned by Senior Shipping and Receiving Clerk.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
