Shipping and Receiving Clerk assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies. Being a Shipping and Receiving Clerk uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation. Additionally, Shipping and Receiving Clerk typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to supervisor. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Summary/Objective
Ship outgoing orders and mail , load / unload trucks, pull blank products, pull shipping orders, must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs., must be available to work overtime as required.
Essential Functions:

2. Scan all jackets for shipping method and follow all shipping instructions

This position works in a warehouse/production setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am- 5:00 pm with some occasional overtime.
Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience:
1. Minimum of a high school education and one year of factory-related experience in shipping and receiving.
Preferred Education and Experience:
1. 2 years of shipping and receiving experience
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
