ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders or invoices. Process and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring items are packed securely and labeled accurately. Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring items are properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible. Perform regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and reconcile discrepancies. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and fulfill orders in a timely manner. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free, following safety protocols and guidelines. Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipments, orders, or inventory. Utilize warehouse management systems and other relevant software for inventory tracking and order processing. Provide exceptional customer service to internal teams and external partners regarding inventory and order inquiries. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Required: Ability to communicate effectively, strong organizational and time management skills, Ability to lift and carry items (less than 50 lbs.) and stand for extended periods. Preferred: Basic computer skills and proficiency in using warehouse management software or similar tools, Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory control, and shipping/receiving procedures. EDUCATION Required: High School Diploma Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; certification in warehouse management is a plus. EXPERIENCE Required: 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience Preferred: 3 years of experience working in a shipping or receiving role.
