JOB DESCRIPTION;

• Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods • Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities • Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality. • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities • Organize and maintain inventory and storage area • Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy • Interface with forward forwarding to answer questions and solve problems • Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status • Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices • Coordinate activities with other departmens.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, verbal and written. (Laredo states required)

Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills required.

Must have knowledge of computerized systems and material releases.

Must be assertive with various departments to achieve satisfactory delivery performance.
