Shipping and Receiving Clerk assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies. Being a Shipping and Receiving Clerk uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation. Additionally, Shipping and Receiving Clerk typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to supervisor. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. No experience necessary. We provide on the job training for this position. Duties include but are not limited to, shipping out orders and receiving products. Assigning job order and entering the data in the computer. Training in the printing department.
Must have good communication skills, the ability to take instruction and get along well with others.
