Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation. Additionally, Shipping and Receiving Clerk typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to supervisor. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Job Details for Shipping and Receiving Clerk:- Full-Time Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
- Pay Rate: $16-18/hr

Job Responsibilities & Description for Shipping and Receiving Clerk:- Processes customers PO’s using Microsoft Excel and other programs.
- Maintains detailed records for all inbound and outbound shipments.
- Assists customers, vendors, and internal departments with inquiries, questions, and concerns regarding shipment status, tracking numbers, delivery estimates, etc.
- Records and resolves any shipping or receiving discrepancies, working with relevant parties to identify root causes and implement preventative measures.
- Manages pick up and delivery schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
Job Requirements for Shipping and Receiving Clerk:- Previous experience in shipping and receiving required.
- High attention to detail and organized.
- Proficient use of MS Outlook and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with inventory management preferred.
