Shipping and Receiving Clerk jobs in Stratford, CT
Shipping and Receiving Clerk assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies. Being a Shipping and Receiving Clerk uses shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders. Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation. Additionally, Shipping and Receiving Clerk typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to supervisor. The Shipping and Receiving Clerk possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. - Is quick working with her/her hands
- Can work under pressure
- Proficient PC skills
- Has at least high school diploma or equivalent
- Can lift at least 50 pounds (even though most of our items are small light weight items)
No experience is needed. Ideal candidate is someone who is honest, adaptable, detailed, energetic, organized, reliable and is good on computer. If you enjoy working with your hands in a friendly yet fast pace environment, then this job is perfect for you.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
