Great Work Employment is looking to add an additional long term team member with a growing company in the Kent area.

Shipper/Receive: The shipping/receiving clerk provides the initial inspection on incoming commercial items from suppliers and final quality check on the orders to the customer. They help to promote high standards of customer service & ensuring that all orders are received accurately and timely.

1st Shift Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm - Pay depends on experience

Duties:

• Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Operates a forklift to load/unload trucks and to remove/replace items on inventory shelves.
• Inspects, identifies, tags and receives all commercial items ordered from suppliers
• Packs items securely for shipment on UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL and truck shipments.
• Uses current business system to print packing slips and identification tags for sales orders.
• Pulls, issues and delivers items for job orders spare part orders, projects, and inventory.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.
