Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX H & O Dental Lab in Manchester, NH for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. Previous experience is not necessary; we offer paid, hands-on training!

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Receives case, opens and disinfects case for production and also discards packing materials. Remove all tap/labels from boxes.
• Pull case histories from files / file case histories for future reference
• Notes the condition of items on Rx as required including making a record of doctor’s property (box, articulator, teeth, etc.)
• Places designated item in disinfecting pan, plastic bag, or plastic box as per SOPs
• Places no more than 12 cases into disinfecting tray and initials all items
• Cut Rx paper, fold boxes, work on projects assist other employees in the Shipping department where needed,
• Clean work areas nightly
• Perform tasks in a time paced standing position
• Manipulate small items
• Work with items that are a potential biohazard
• Packs and ships case for delivery through local source or national carrier.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Strong attention to detail
• Multi task

Minimum Education and Experience Required: 

• Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
• No experience required

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:

• Disinfectant process chemicals
• Personal protective equipment as required.
• Office equipment/computers

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
• Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Repeated bending and kneeling
• Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or color
• Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds
