DE LA FONTAINE Industries, a designer and manufacturer of steel doors and frames, is currently looking for a candidate to fill a Shipping position for its Lebanon facility. Our company expertise and reputation for reliability is based on more than 50 years of experience in the steel door and steel frame industry.

Your role:

• Palletize steel doors and frames for outbound shipping through 3rd party carriers;
• Packaging and building wooden crates to protect and transport products during delivery;
• Gather material and organize delivery lanes based on printed packing lists;
• Load and unload pallets of steel and other material using a forklift or pallet jack;
• Communicate effectively with the shipping coordinator regarding daily priorities.

Working hours: Permanent. Day shift. 40h/week from 7am to 3:30pm(Possibility of working overtime)

Salary: From $18.20/h to $19.76/h (more if experienced). Salary increase after 6, 12 & 18 months.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You have a High school education diploma;
• You have 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position (a key asset);
• You have relevant experience as a forklift driver;
• You have good manual dexterity and are comfortable with heavy lifting;
• You show attention to detail and pride in doing one’s job well;
• You are reliable and you have the ability to work quickly.
