Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Reporting to: Manager

Responsible for:

Daily Shipping Activity

• Pull Daily Pick list for all customers.
• Meet with the Plant Manager to review what is do and past do.
• Pull parts from stock using FIFO.
• Prepare the skids for shipment Freight, UPS and FEDX.
• Label all boxes with customer Labels.
• Schedule the Trucks.
• Prepare Packing Slips and Bills of Lading, Stage for pickup.
• Daily Receiving Activity
• Receive Incoming Shipments.
• Assign Locations and put parts away.
• Inventory Maintenance
• Receive Negative Inventory Report
• Cycle Count and Correct the system.
• Manage Shipping Supplies
• Safety
• Ensuring truck drivers are chocking their tires.
• Daily equipment Audit. HILO
• Product Quality
• Checking product identification (labels etc)

House Keeping

• Maintain the highest level of cleanliness in the Shipping and Wearhouse areas.
• Maintain the highest level of organization and cleanliness in the component stock areas
• Effective presentation/communication skills, project/resource management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment promoting company ideals
• Frequent computer/report work
• Demonstrated problem solving and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to obtain a Chauffeurs License
• HILO License
• Computer Literate
• Bend, Kneel and Lift 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
