May require 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Shoe Repairer is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Ladies shoes starts with a base pay of $16 an hour with opportunities to commission. Annually it’s anywhere from 33k-45k on average for a full time associate.
