SEWING PRODUCTION LEAD

As a Sewing Production Lead:
Working for Invader Concepts you will be responsible for all of the sewing needs for all of the accessories that are a part of the inventory line of gun holster products. Your primary role is keeping inventory levels meeting order needs and monitoring production needs. You may also be tasked with various other duties that could include shipping, customer service, equipment/sewing machine maintenance, keeping supplies stocked, and maintaining the area in a clean, organized fashion.
Primary responsibilities are:
· Sew predesigned holster accessories as instructed under strict quality standards to meet production schedule.
· Inspect finished products for quality control and make adjustments as necessar
· Monitor daily productions & adjust to required inventory levels and communicate updates to production team.
· Gather and arrange materials; order products and supplies as necessary for timely production.
· Inspect sewing equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignment; performs basic and routine adjustments and maintenance to sewing equipment.
· Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
· Have fun and make the work day enjoyable and positive!
Qualifications and skills
· High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
· Minimum one to three months production/manufacturing experience preferred
· Knowledge of firearms and subsequent holsters
· At least one year of related sewing experience require
· Be reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfill obligations timely and as scheduled
Sewing Production Lead Work Hours:
· Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (Some flexibility with start & end of shift may be discussed)
Job Salary hiring range $16-$18 per hour depending on experience exceeding quota bonuses & holiday pay for full time regular employees (wage increases within 90 days of hire based on performance and production quality and quantity)
