Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Shoe Sewing Machine Operator/Tender performs a variety of tasks. Your role will be to fabricate, sew, upholster, and trim items, according to specifications using hand tools, power tools, sewing machines, and shop equipment. Basic duties are to manufacture, fabricate and sew components. Inspect incoming materials, make templates and patterns for manufacturing and sewing of interior components. Measure, cut, layout, sew and sign-off for work performed. Other Duties include prepare reports and maintain related work documents. Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
