Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire-related services and assisting with vehicle maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires strong automotive repair skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: - Mount, balance, and install tires on various vehicles - Perform tire rotations and alignments - Conduct tire repairs and replacements as needed - Inspect tires for wear, damage, or other issues - Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and filter replacements - Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify tire-related problems - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to promote tire services and products Skills: - Proficient in using hand tools for tire installation and repair - Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures - Experience working as a service technician or mechanic in a dealership or automotive shop - Familiarity with tire service equipment such as balancers and alignment machines - Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose tire-related issues - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate tire installations and repairs - Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
