Professional Tailor - Bridal
FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME!

We're looking for a tailor to provide various alterations to customer satisfaction. In this role, you will mend, alter, and construct bridal gowns, MOB/MOG gowns, bridesmaid dresses, various formal gowns, and other clothing items. You should demonstrate knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques. We are looking for someone who is highly knowledgeable and skilled in sewing and who can make our customers happy with high-quality work.

We are a small team and we share the work, often each doing their part to have the project come together. We aim at having an upbeat, joyful place in which everyone is happy to work, shop, or be served. We are a delightful group of ladies that love to lift everyone up and make them feel their best, including our fellow colleagues!

Full-Time Benefits:

• 1 week paid sick time after 3 months employment
• 1 week paid vacation after 6 months employment

$47,000 - $57,000 yearly

• Responsible for completing alterations on various types of garments
• Working efficiently
• Provide minimal but excellent customer service as necessary

• Cleaning and Organizing workspaces
• Coming up with creative solutions to any creative difficulties we may face

• Proficient machine sewing with experience in alterations
• Hand sewing skills
• Good listening and comprehension skills

• Must have good time management and timekeeping skills to keep track of all the work completed and how long it took to complete
• Willingness to comply with the procedure
• Knowledge to provide fittings for menswear, womenswear, and special occasion attire
• Experience tailoring men's suits is appreciated
• Positive and outgoing
• Experience with difficult and/or delicate fabrics
• Experience with Bridal Alterations
