Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Smoke Shop Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling cash transactions. Duties:
- Greet customers and provide friendly and efficient service
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with product demos and promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate as necessary
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Experience:
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of wireless sales is an advantage
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations is beneficial
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are desirable
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with cash registers and basic retail math
