Reports To: Manager

• Supervises: N/A
• Nature of Work: A car wash guest attendant is responsible for greeting all customers in a positive, enthusiastic, professional manner while educating them on the large variety of Car Wash services that we offer. These professional services have been expertly crafted to greatly improve our customer's vehicle appearance and enjoyment.
• Essential Job Functions:

o Greet customers, assess their vehicle, and offer services that best suit their car washing needs.

o Provide efficient, friendly, quality customer service to every customer.

o Sell memberships, bundle wash packages and other wash products/services.

o Operate the cash register and process payments

o Clear communication with other team members.

o Promptly handle any membership management questions/problems that may arise.

o Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the service area

o Cleaning the car wash facility, including taking out trash or removing debris

o Assisting customers as needed

o Moving or directing vehicles into car wash areas

o Inspecting vehicles to assess their condition

o Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: To successfully perform the essential functions of the position, the employee must be able to read and write English. Mobility is required. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Physical stamina. Comfortable working outdoors. Attention to detail is key.
• Scope of Position: This position reports to the Manager and has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position receives daily assignments from the Manager.
• Working Conditions: This position works in an outside environment 100% of the time. Exposure to heavy equipment, slick surfaces and hot-cold temperatures.

6) Clean and proper uniform usage, good hygiene.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: From $16.00 per hour
