The Showroom Manager drives sales excellence by ensuring outstanding customer experiences in the store, process improvement up through the warm handoff of customer orders to the operations team, and the hiring, retention, and development of design and sales staff. The Showroom Manager is a peer of the Operations Manager and Pro Experience Manager (if applicable to your store), and all three positions report to the Chief Experience Manager (CXM), who leads the store.
