Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager/Office Support Specialist to join our team. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our showroom and ensuring exceptional customer service. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for making up and maintaining customer files, maintaining the sales appointment calender, calling in and keeping track of inspections and providing support, as needed, to the sales staff and owner.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers and answer inquiries
- Schedule sales appointments and prepare sales folders
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Provide varied office support on a daily basis, as needed

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as proper grammar and punctuation
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience
- Proficiency in MIcrosoft products, especially Excel and Word
A professional attitude and attire is necessary. You will be our first point of contact with the public. Hours are between 34 and 40 hours per week, 9 - 5, M-F. Unplanned absences MUST be kept to an absolute minimum.
