Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Showroom Manager to join our team. As the Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our boutique modern furniture showroom, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to create a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of sale design associates, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
- Ensure excellent customer service by assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to meet customer demand
- Collaborate with marketing designer and management to develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the showroom
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare reports on showroom activities, including sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends
- Assist with budgeting and financial planning for the showroom
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or store management is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning principles
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite POS system
-Eye for design-scale, color, modern furniture product knowledge
Physical Requirements
