JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Shuttle Driver

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Human Resources Manager

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Approved By: Director of Human Resources

Summary:

Provides shuttle service for international employees to and from their apartment complex as scheduled.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides transportation to work for international employees.
• Makes airport and tri-rail runs as necessary to pick-up and drop off international staff members.
• Maintains the shuttle cleanliness and informs the Human Resources Manager of any maintenance issues.
• Delivers the shuttle to and from the repair facility when necessary.
• Completes the inspection booklet after each shift and turns it into the Human Resources Manager weekly.
• Drives in a safe manner obeying all traffic signs and speed limits.
• Manages the employee parking lifts in a careful and safe manner while caring for employee’s cars.
• Organizes and lines up the employee cars at the end of the shift to provide ease of leaving.
• Performs special runs based on individual and business needs.
• Turns in all expense receipts to the Human Resources Manager.
• Follows established guidelines if involved in an accident.
• Reports any inappropriate conduct or behavior from employees to the Human Resources Manager.
• Communicates with members, co-workers, management, and the general public in a courteous and professional manner.
• Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
• Exhibits and maintains a professional demeanor and grooming standards to reflect a positive image of The Club at Admirals Cove.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); plus, a minimum of two-years of driving experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

Ability to communicate well in English. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees and management. Ability to effectively present information.

Computer Skills:

No computer skills required.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
