Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and professional Shuttle Driver to join our team. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to and from designated locations. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a valid driver's license. Responsibilities: - Safely operate shuttle vehicles to transport passengers to and from designated locations - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving - Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle - Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or belongings - Provide excellent customer service by answering passenger questions and addressing concerns - Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival at destinations - Communicate effectively with dispatchers or supervisors regarding any changes or issues Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Previous experience in bus driving, school bus driving, limousine, shuttle driving, paratransit, or related field is preferred - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to drive for extended periods of time while maintaining focus and alertness - Good knowledge of local traffic laws and routes - Ability to lift heavy items such as luggage or packages if required Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
