JOB DESCRIPTION –VAN SHUTTLE DRIVER

COMPANY– StarForce National Corporation is a Department of Defense authorized passenger Transportation Company. Our primary mission is the safe and efficient transportation of young men and women who are entering military service. Our customers are the Recruiting Commands of the Military. We are seeking drivers to work with an established team.

JOB DUTIES - Drive shuttle van between Wichita Falls, TX and Oklahoma City, OK on a scheduled route. The route is scheduled an estimated five (5) days per week (Monday-Friday), an occasional Sunday may be needed. Drivers will share the route schedule. The scheduled days for each driver will be an agreed upon schedule. Driver will use a company Van and company fleet card for fuel. Driver will maintain cyclic paperwork on forms provided by company.

TRAINING -two (2) days of training at $75 per day, payable after thirty (30) days of continued employment.

WAGES – $118.17 per round-trip ($75 for Unused Run Days). Drivers are paid by the day for the scheduled Recruiting Route Service Sector and are paid twice a month via direct deposit as W2 employees. StarForce pays the Prevailing Wage, or higher.

JOB REQUIREMENTS—the job requires a high school diploma/GED. Driver must possess a valid Regular Drivers License. Must be twenty-six years of age or older. Must have a clean driving record verified by a current MVR report. Must have a current DOT Physical, or be able to pass the DOT Physical, pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check. Having vehicle mechanical experience is beneficial, possessing a compatible manner with responsible young people is important, and being committed to a dependable, on-time work ethic, is required.
