Sleep Center Manager manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more sleep centers. Responsibilities may include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing for the center(s). Being a Sleep Center Manager ensures patient care meets high-quality standards. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the sleep center(s). Additionally, Sleep Center Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires registration as a Polysomnographic Technician. Typically reports to a director. The Sleep Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sleep Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsabilities- Manage inbound and outbound messages for assigned members and coverage members (up to 20 hours per week, with additional opportunities as needed).
- Leverage digital sleep science and the coaching platform to make strategic, effective coaching decisions while staying within the coaching scope of practice.
- Respond to all inbound messages within the established SLAs
- Provide a coaching experience that uses a range of attributes and techniques, including: active listening, tone, empathy, reflection, goal setting, motivational interviewing, personalization, sleep science referencing, and skills based in CBT-I.
- Partner with members to work towards healthy lifestyle changes while building self-awareness and improving sleep health behavior for sustainable change.
- Provide members with relevant sleep help tools and actionable vetted resources.
- Collaborate with the coaching team and other departments to continuously improve our member experience.
- Provide Coaching coverage for members of the Coaching Team as needed.
- Analyze member data and behavior to provide an effective coaching experience.
- Objectively assess our coaching platform/approaches and relay your insights and feedback to the Product and Engagement Teams.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree Coaching certification
- At least 1 year of text-based coaching experience (NBHWC preferred) Sleep Science knowledge
- Experience working in a fast-paced remote environment.
