The Sleep Center Manager directly reports to the Director of Operations of Ancillary Services, but also works under the general supervision of the physician and/or mid-level provider to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders including in-center and out-of-center sleep testing, diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, comprehensive patient care and direct patient education. The Sleep Center Manager participates with clinical evaluation, diagnostic and therapeutic testing, home therapy, patient education and compliance management. Education and management of patients with sleep disorders requires understanding of the multi-faceted disease processes that affect both sleep and wakefulness. The Sleep Center Manager is credentialed in sleep technology, able to provide oversight of sleep center staff, and is able to interact with physicians and other health care providers in a professional manner.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or related field or equivalent education/experience.

• High school diploma/GED with equivalent (4 years’) relevant experience and appropriate certifications.

• National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists upon hire.

• 4 years' Leadership experience; 5 years preferred. Experience must include staff supervision and accountability for all department functions.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
