The ANM will have an integral role in day-to-day operations by promoting excellent practice standards, mentoring and engaging staff, and assisting others with performance improvement initiatives, safety & regulatory compliance and review/update orientation materials. We are looking for a leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic problem-solving ability with an openness to change as we support and grow a culture of inclusivity. They will work collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team as we provide ever-better patient care in our outpatient clinic, robust telemedicine cohort, home sleep testing set-ups, and in-lab sleep testing. Required: A minimum of 3 years of RN experience, and a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program.
