Sleep Dynamics is a premier sleep diagnostic and treatment center located in both Neptune City and Middletown, NJ. We are currently hiring for a fulltime insurance coordinator / authorization specialist to work with our team to help handle patient volume for consultations. Job tasks can be done remotely from home most of the time.

Job requirements:

• Must be available to work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8AM -6pm (flexibility here with start time and end time)
• Customer service in regards to handling checking in new patients, discussing insurances, reviewing future appointments
• Quick learning with computer applications (our software program is company-designed so no experience with it is expected)
• Reviews physician documentation and comfortable addressing any issues
• Willing to learn insurance requirements for sleep testing / treatment
• Contact insurances companies regarding authorizations
• Work well in a team to share job responsibilities while maintaining accountability for your own workload (correcting errors, taking initiative, recognizing when to ask for help and when to offer help)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
