Overview: Serves as a consultant for departments and units evaluating, planning, and implementing improvements in processes, practices, and organizational effectiveness. Continuous Improvement Engineer will develop and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies that drive TCP initiatives and bottom-line improvements, part of the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan. The Continuous improvement Engineer will work with Operations and other cross functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities (Cost Savings/Cost Avoidance) and facilitate action plans in conjunction with key stakeholders, to implement sustained solutions. They will drive process improvement through VSM, problem solving disciplines, and KPI management throughout Operations and all Backoffice functions. This role will also be instrumental in driving change.
