Sleep Center Manager manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more sleep centers. Responsibilities may include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing for the center(s). Being a Sleep Center Manager ensures patient care meets high-quality standards. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the sleep center(s). Additionally, Sleep Center Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires registration as a Polysomnographic Technician. Typically reports to a director. The Sleep Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sleep Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Overview: Serves as a consultant for departments and units evaluating, planning, and implementing improvements in processes, practices, and organizational effectiveness. Continuous Improvement Engineer will develop and implement Lean Manufacturing strategies that drive TCP initiatives and bottom-line improvements, part of the Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Plan. The Continuous improvement Engineer will work with Operations and other cross functional teams to identify cost reduction opportunities (Cost Savings/Cost Avoidance) and facilitate action plans in conjunction with key stakeholders, to implement sustained solutions. They will drive process improvement through VSM, problem solving disciplines, and KPI management throughout Operations and all Backoffice functions. This role will also be instrumental in driving change.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    (Includes the following, other duties may be assigned)

    • Facilitate Kaizen events. Drive best practices to establish and strengthen Continuous Improvement mindset throughout the business.
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities across different business functions, streamline and prioritize.
    • Synthesize data on operational and other business metrics, drive process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility.
    • Track, measure, and report progress on project milestones using visual management tools and established Key Performance Indicators.
    • Assist in setting Annual TCP (Total Cost Productivity) targets and facilitate actions to realize targets.
    • Lead supplier performance improvement projects for Strategic suppliers, as applicable. (Overseas Travel).
    • Identify, plan, and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity, and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction.
    • Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key responsibilities and objectives. Preparation of monthly project scorecard reports, including visual project scorecard.
    • Actively lead projects and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified.
    • Demonstrate thought leadership through participation or leadership of stakeholder/advisory groups and presentations.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Engineering/Operations management
    • Six Sigma Black Belt desired
    • Training and managing lean manufacturing, Kaizen, VSM, Problem Solving, and KPI’s
    • Project Management


    Minimum Requirements
    :

    • Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment implementing cost reductions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Ability to mentor and facilitate lean culture development.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and achieve results.
    • Ability to drive value stream mapping and transition to future state.
    • Demonstrated leadership, strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to drive accountability.
    • Experience using continuous improvement methodology and tools such as (5 Why, Lean, 6σ etc.)
    • Proficiency with personal computer applications required (Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point).
    • 35% Travel may be required (Domestic and Overseas)

    Desired Requirements:

    • Diverse experience in areas of Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Planning, finance, and Manufacturing areas
    • Experience working in Textile industry or similar.
    • Understanding of Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management, Materials and Supplier Quality interaction
    • Experience working in Asia.
