Sleep Center Manager jobs in Rock Hill, SC
Sleep Center Manager manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more sleep centers. Responsibilities may include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing for the center(s). Being a Sleep Center Manager ensures patient care meets high-quality standards. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the sleep center(s). Additionally, Sleep Center Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires registration as a Polysomnographic Technician. Typically reports to a director. The Sleep Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sleep Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Responsibilities
- Manage Center operations and supervision of staff
- Marketing plan development and implementation
- Parent communication and customer service
- Instruct students in an individual setting in our center and address the specific needs of each student.
- Implement the material provided by the Center to create an engaging atmosphere that fosters a high level of learning and progress.
- Equip students with the skills and strategies necessary to achieve success based on the customized individual lesson plans provided by the Center.
- Assist in grading of Worksheets.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Responsible and Reliable
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Passion to work with children
- Associate degree or bachelor's is a plus
This is a part-time job, and the Center Manager will be asked to work Tuesday through Thursday 3:00pm - 7:30pm and Saturday from 9 - 12pm.
