Precision Diagnostic Services d.b.a Precision Sleep Services is pleased to announce an opportunity for a PRN sleep techs. We are an independent sleep lab opening a new location in Tooele, Utah. We are looking for a bright sleep techs, we prefer experience (but are willing to train the right canidates) to help us provide exceptional care. This is a PRN position for now, but could easily develop into full-time and possibly a lab manager down the road for the right candidate. We are also looking for sleep techs who are just starting their training. Willing to train the right people. Primary Responsibility:
The Sleep Technician, under the direction of a physician and RPSGT, will be responsible for administering various sleep studies in order to diagnose the type and extent of sleep disorders. Performs routine patient assessments, scores sleep records, documents other test results, and collects and transmits biological specimens for analysis. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in sleep study preparation and set-up. In addition, candidate will be able to follow standard sleep study procedural protocols, perform necessary physiologic calibrations, document observations, implement appropriate interventions, generate accurate reports, and provide patient education and instruction. The position reports to the Owner.
