We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and is proficient in financial concepts and software quickbooks
Duties:
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including data entry, maintaining financial records, and reconciling accounts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial information
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with account reconciliation and general ledger accounting
- Familiarity with financial concepts, such as budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Sage or QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
