Sleep Center Manager manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more sleep centers. Responsibilities may include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing for the center(s). Being a Sleep Center Manager ensures patient care meets high-quality standards. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the sleep center(s). Additionally, Sleep Center Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires registration as a Polysomnographic Technician. Typically reports to a director. The Sleep Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sleep Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. Bowling and Billiard Center Manager
Eastern Illinois University’s Union Bowling is seeking candidates for a full-time Bowling and Billiard Center Manager. This position supervises the operation and maintenance of the bowling and billiard center. Duties include:
- Maintenance and operation of automatic pin setting equipment and automatic scoring computer.
- Responsible for cash receipts, income, and revenue sales.
- Order supplies and equipment, as needed.
- Organize campus and community bowling leagues and special events/reservations.
- Maintain inventory.
- Supervise part time/student employees.
Due to the scope of this position, some night and weekend hours are required.
Requirements for this position are:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of work experience in the operation of automatic pin setting equipment.
The Civil Service Examination for this classification is a credentials assessment. No participation other than submission of applicant materials is required from qualified applicants.
