Sleep Center Manager manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of one or more sleep centers. Responsibilities may include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing for the center(s). Being a Sleep Center Manager ensures patient care meets high-quality standards. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the sleep center(s). Additionally, Sleep Center Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Requires registration as a Polysomnographic Technician. Typically reports to a director. The Sleep Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sleep Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • Function: The Resource Center Manager is responsible for overseeing and supporting all aspects of programming, warehouse operations, administrative procedures, and all other processes and policies to support the resource center activities for the Community Food Bank (CFB). Travel may be required for occasional outreach, visits to other locations, or company meetings.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the overall direction, supervision, and management of all resource center activities for the assigned location.
    • Implements, supports, and enhances a collaborative, intentional, value-driven, and equitable workplace culture to maximize staff performance and client and community impact.
    • Works collaboratively with the staff to enhance current and create new methods of engaging with the community through a participatory process.
    • Promotes, maintains, and seeks new collaborative relationships with all CFB departments and community partners and organizations.
    • Supervises staff and models consistent and positive leadership by listening, coaching, and creating opportunities for the team to grow.
    • Oversees and supports staff in all administrative and operational functions.
    • Evaluates current and creates and implements new participatory processes for informing programming and advocacy that centers the voice of the people, communities, and staff that serves.
    • Prepares all annual budgets and oversees monthly and quarterly budget assessments.
    • Oversees the data tracking and partner and program information in partnership.
    • Creates and implements internal training for staff members, clients, and volunteers.
    • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by complying with health and legal regulations with both traditional and innovative solutions.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of programming, warehouse operations, and administrative procedures to support activities at a Resource Center.
    • Knowledge of providing overall direction, supervision, and management of all resource center activities.
    • Skills in promoting, maintaining and seeking new collaborative relationships.
    • Skills in preparing budgets and oversee budget assessments.
    • Ability to evaluate, create, and implement new participatory processes.
    • Ability to oversee the data tracking and partner program information.
    • Strong team management and leadership skills.
    • Analytical and able to set and measure goals and results.
    • Ability to effectively communicate with employees, volunteers, donors, and businesses.
    • Strong time and management skills, long range planning and ability to 'see' roadblocks in advance.
    • Ability to work without a high-level of direction.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated interest in learning internally and externally and incorporating new information into role.
    • Ability to work with people from diverse economic, social, and political backgrounds.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Four (4) years of experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
    • Two (2) years of staff management and supervisory experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Community Health or a related field or relevant experience.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
    • Current ServSafe Manager and Proctor certifications, or the ability to obtain them within 90 days of hire.
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
    • For company insurance purposes, at least 21 years of age; possess a current Arizona Driver’s License with a safe driving record.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working or volunteering at a nonprofit and/or food bank.

    Physical Requirements:

    Medium Work ability to exert 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
