Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all members and guests of the Downtown Athletic Club.
• Greet and engage with visitors, providing excellent customer service and assisting them with inquiries, memberships, and facility information.
• Effectively communicate DAC's services, classes, and events to members and potential customers, showcasing our passion for fitness.
• Support members in achieving their fitness goals by providing guidance and information on equipment usage, class schedules, and training programs.
• Resolve member concerns and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.
• Work as a team to maintain a clean and organized club environment.
• Actively promote club activities and initiatives to increase member engagement and participation.
