Job Overview: You'll support our Operations team by managing our indoor events (or outdoor sites) for soccer events and other programming. Duties include supervision of attendees, set-up, take-down and management of event.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Getting the site/facility set up
· Making sure volunteers know where they are going and what job is assigned for them.
· Making sure all the referees are at the site/facility on time.
· When games/events are in progress, you are monitoring facility, workers, guests, volunteers to ensure safety and smooth operation.
· If people are in need of questions, you are there to help them out.
· Getting the site/facility cleaned up, put away and closed down.
· Making sure everybody has left site/facility before you and secure site/facility.
