Description

The Shift supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will exhibit the following qualities:

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills

• Well versed in food safety and restaurant guidelines
• Cheerful and Positive Attitude
• Teamwork oriented

• Ability to foster a positive work environment.
• One year or more previous management experience required.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and Chick-fil-A standards.
• Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with an eye on quality and cost
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
• Willing to be hands on in the Front and Back of House.
• Lead and maintain a safe and encouraging environment for team members
• Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
• Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills

Physical Requirements

• Bust be able to work quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
