• Oversees reservations process, systems and reports.
• Assists members by phone, email or in person making restaurant reservations promptly and accurately to the member’s satisfaction.
• Communicates to culinary and management teams all reservations details through accurate      reports.
• Generates event or seasonal menus for all outlets and different operational levels in a timely manner by obtaining information from corresponding departments.
• Has a thorough understanding of the properties capacities for bookings and oversees training for others in this area as needed.
• Supports training for others with their knowledge level regarding the club’s food and beverage products and services.
• Create BEO’s, floorplans as needed.
• Ensures each member’s satisfaction and troubleshoots any member issue as needed.
• Assist and directs staff as needed to ensure members overall satisfaction during service. 
• Follows proper alcohol and beverage control regulations, including identification of minors.
• Assists with events, holidays or special functions or any meal periods based on      business needs.
• Maintains a clean, orderly and safe work office area as well as in the outlets.
• Adheres to and promotes health department standards. 
• Ensures proper storage of equipment and handling of food to meet health department requirements.
• Follows all Policies and Procedures and regulatory requirements. 
• Uses diplomacy whenever interacting or handling complaints from guests and members. 
• Actively supports good health and safety practices within area of responsibility as follows: 

o Maintains a safe work area through good housekeeping. Keep safety equipment in good working condition. 

o Actively participates in health and safety training, prevention. 

o Identifies and correct hazards and unsafe conditions.

o Participates in accident investigations.

o Maintains focus on health and safety issues, unsafe acts and safety suggestions to management's attention or corrects at own initiative.

• Understands and oversees execution of restaurant ready procedures for service. 
• Understands and oversees execution of restaurant steps of service.
• Understands and oversees proper closing of outlets as needed.
• Supervises and oversees staff as needed.
• Works closely with FB Director and FB manager on projects in various areas included, but not limited to areas such as stewarding, inventory, uniforms control, and linens.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by direct reports. 

Requirements

· Positive, upbeat and motivating leadership skills.

· Excellent communication skills, both in person, over the phone and written.

· Flexible schedule.

· Ability to work in a high volume operation.

· Must be highly organized and detailed oriented.

· Comfortable level of knowledge regarding product and property’s information. 

· Demonstrates willingness to learn.

· Able to learn how to operate North Star.

· Ability to work any assigned shifts, including weekends, and holidays.

· Comfortable knowledge of word, excel, outlook, adobe (pdf’s)
