Slot Club Shift Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of slot club representatives during an assigned shift. Creates and implements training programs for all new employees. Being a Slot Club Shift Supervisor ensures that all guest service inquiries and complaints are properly addressed and that slot club members are completely satisfied. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Additionally, Slot Club Shift Supervisor may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Slot Club Shift Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. Shifts Available and Hours : 3PM to 11PM
Job Summary : Ability to perform job responsibilities in compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment programs to support the achievement of the site’s goals and business objectives.
Required Education / Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field, and / or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a leader
- Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) may be required depending on job.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
- Proficient in SAP, LPL, SCS, and computer literacy required.
- Proficiency in MS word applications (word & excel)
- Knowledge of quality standards
Job Responsibilities :
- Schedule manpower to meet production schedules including overtime and vacations of personnel
- Confirm all time entered E-Time system for the department
- Ensure daily output goals are met
- Ensure effective communication in the group : strategy, goals, and actions necessary to achieve them
- Ensure smooth workflow daily
- Perform all SAP processes as related to production
- Ensure safety & cleanliness of production facility
- Order inventory and maintain all operating supplies
- Innovate and improve processes
