The Role
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the Spurs Club's floor and restaurant area, ensuring exceptional service delivery, member satisfaction, and adherence to club policies and standards. He/she will lead a team of floor staff, coordinate events with the member service team, and maintain a welcoming and upscale environment for our esteemed members and their guests. This role reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.

Qualifications:
• Two years' experience in a fine dining or club environment.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a private club or upscale restaurant.
• Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills.
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
• Knowlege of food and beverage operations, including bar service and event coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
