Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facility Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, maintenance and operations of our facility. The Facility Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all building systems and equipment, as well as managing a team of custodians/housekeepers. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Duties:

• Delegating cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members

• Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, fitness floors, studios, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces

• Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed

• Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors

• Scheduling of staff, including hiring as needed to fill positions

• Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders

• Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff

• Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance/custodial team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Excellent mechanical knowledge, including low voltage and high voltage systems
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying issues
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
