Slot Floor Person responds to customers reporting jackpots and determines if the jackpot is valid. May need to calculate jackpot amounts for jackpots not registering on the computer system. Being a Slot Floor Person prints jackpot tickets, obtains customer identification, and completes appropriate forms. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Additionally, Slot Floor Person may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Slot Floor Person may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. JOB SUMMARY: Keeps the roll line supplied with empty racks and fills cornmeal sifters as needed to prevent sticking of product to boards.
Must be Able to Work Sunday-Friday 8:45am-4:45pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Requires to load the steam box for whichever line they are working, they must maintain a proper rotation of racks into the box at all times to allow the bread to proof optimally. They must record each entry of racks into the proof box on the appropriate paperwork. The floorperson must retrieve full board carts from the oven area and keep the board magazine full of boards at all times. Boards must be placed in the magazine in a way that does not cause the machine to break or become jammed. The floor person must transport empty board carts to the oven area. The floor person is responsible for placing clean, empty racks within easy reach of the racker so that they can perform their job without having to leave their station. Racks are to be kept clean of dough pieces at all times. In keeping with the Employee Area Acceptance Policy, the floor person must keep their area clean and neat at all times. Must perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
